    The Committee on Natural Resources moved to amend the bill on page two, section one, line one, after the word “authorized” by striking out the period and adding the following, “with the following amendment”;    

    On page one, section three, subsection 3.2, in the first sentence, after the word “Areas” by adding “and State Forests” and

    On page one, section three, subsection 3.2, in the second sentence, after the word “Area” by adding “or State Forest”
